No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Saucy Events enforces a strict no-refund policy on all purchases, including event tickets, registration fees, and add-on services.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Change of personal plans or inability to attend
• Illness or medical emergencies
• Weather or travel disruptions
• Schedule changes, lineup changes, or support act replacements

Event Cancellation

If Saucy Events cancels an entire event, full refunds (minus transaction fees) will be issued. Partial cancellations or lineup changes do not qualify as a full cancellation.

Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost, provided you submit a transfer request at least 48 hours before the event to hello@saucylove.com with the relevant documentation.

Chargeback Policy

You must contact us directly at hello@saucylove.com before filing a dispute with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to future events.
